Behind the Scenes from Wise TG

The mid of November was a busy and energizing one for our team, filled with events that strengthened our connection, sharpened our focus, and gave us a warm push into the holiday season. From learning together to celebrating together, each moment added something valuable to the way we work as a group.
Team Building: Turning Values into Practice
The team building session focused on turning collaboration values into everyday practice, emphasizing teamwork, trust, clear communication, and alignment in changing situations. Through practical tasks, we explored how teams respond to change, recognizing that while it can feel uncomfortable, embracing it often leads to better outcomes. Decision-making and shared responsibility were central themes, with activities designed to practice inclusive and efficient choices under pressure, supported by regular team reflections. The day concluded with a “Circle of Commitment,” where individual and collective behavior changes were identified, reinforcing how these insights will be integrated into daily routines to create lasting habits rather than a one-time experience.
Q3 Results Review: Clear Insights for the Next Steps
Q3 results review was a sharp, honest check-in on what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re taking forward. It was a focused analysis that turned insights into clear actions aligned with our goals for the next quarter.
Christmas Event: Cooking, Connecting, and Sharing Joy
We wrapped up with a Christmas event that was equal parts fun and meaningful. With the help of kitchen chef Rokas, the team prepared dinner together, a hands-on way to collaborate outside the usual work setting. The evening ended with a gift-exchange game, bringing laughter, warmth, and a real sense of togetherness.
These internal learnings also support how we present our categories to partners, including snacks, beverages, and sweets.
Carrying the Energy Forward
Overall, the week reminded us that strong results come from strong relationships – and we’re carrying that energy forward into the coming weeks and projects.
